Please ensure that you have your policy number to hand when completing the on-line form. This can be found in the policy documentation provided to you by your broker either when your insurance was arranged or subsequently renewed.

Once you have submitted details of your claim we will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to discuss how we will progress your claim. You may need to submit an estimate or we may appoint an approved supplier or loss adjuster to visit you, depending on the degree of damage.

Your claim will be considered in accordance with the terms and conditions of your policy and will be subject to a policy excess.
